Sadhbhavna Clinic

Sadhbhavna Clinic is at Shop-181 in Phase 10 of Sector 34. It’s a small shop converted into a medical space, which is pretty common around here. We are right in the middle of the residential area, so we see a lot of the same faces every week. People just walk over from their homes when they’ve got a cough or need a quick check-up. The clinic is basically one main room with a partition for the doctor and a small area for people to sit while they wait. It can get a little crowded in the evenings when everyone gets off work and realizes they need medicine. We keep the shelves stocked with the basics and try to stay organized, even though the paperwork piles up on the desk sometimes. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it’s usually just one of us handling the phones and the door. It’s a neighborhood spot where you can hear the kids playing outside while you’re talking to the doctor. We don't do big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. It’s a simple, honest way to run a clinic. We know most of the families in Sector 34 by their first names now. It’s just part of the daily life in this phase of the city. We keep the lights on late most nights for anyone needing help.
