Our office is in Sangam Vihar, located specifically at C-749. It is a very crowded part of New Delhi, but we managed to make it work for us over the years. The office is usually full of dust and blueprints. We do construction work, mostly things like bridges and big structures. The team spends most of the day either shouting over the noise on-site or looking at daily reports. It isn't a quiet job by any means. You won't find us in one of those shiny glass towers downtown. We prefer being right here, close to where the actual work is happening. Sangam Vihar has its own fast rhythm and we are just a part of that. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets completely blocked by a truck, but that is just how Delhi is. We have workers coming in and out at all hours. Managing the heavy equipment takes up a huge chunk of our time. It is hard work, honestly. We deal with long hours and a lot of heat during the summer months. Most of our staff has been with the company since we first started out. We drink a lot of tea while we sit and stare at project deadlines. It is a messy business, this construction thing. Things rarely go exactly as planned on the first day. But we stay on it until the last bit of concrete is dry.
