Operating out of a kothi gives our office a much more personal feel than a typical high-rise. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it is quite peaceful most of the time. We have set up our workspace inside, and it’s where we spend our days handling various associate tasks. The building has been here for years, and we have grown quite fond of the garden and the quiet streets around us. We don't have a big neon sign or a fancy reception desk. It’s more like walking into a home that happens to be an office. We have our files and our equipment all laid out in a way that works for us. It’s practical and honest. We’ve seen the trees in the sector grow taller over the years we have been here. People usually come to us because they know the area or have heard about us from someone else. We don’t go for big advertisements. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s a steady pace of life in Sector 21. We like the balance of being in a quiet spot while still being close to the rest of Chandigarh. We're just a small team doing our part.
