We are located at Plot Number 660 in the Mohali Industrial Area, Phase 9. If you know the area, we are right by the Baba White House. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks moving around all day. We’ve been here for a good while now, just doing our thing with signs and advertising stuff. It isn’t a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. It’s a workshop where we get our hands dirty. Most days you’ll find us cutting metal or painting boards for local shops. The dust from the industrial area gets into everything, so we are always wiping down the finished signs before they leave. We aren't a big company with a lot of departments. It’s just us. When the phone rings, one of us picks it up, usually with paint on our fingers. We like being in Phase 9 because all the suppliers are nearby, so if we run out of something, we can just go grab it. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit outside and wait, which gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. It’s a simple way to work. We don’t have a website or a sales team. People just find us by word of mouth or by seeing the signs we’ve made for others. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a job is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. That’s just how we do things here.
