You’ll find us at Flat No-5199 on the top floor near the Army Law College in Sector-68. It’s a residential-feeling area in Mohali, and being on the top floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in the summer. Balwinder Singh is the one running things here, and it’s a pretty quiet operation. We aren't some massive corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more like a home-grown setup where we handle the Royal Enclave business. The stairs are a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, but the view of the sector is okay. We mostly deal with paperwork and local clients who know where to find us. It’s a bit out of the way compared to the main markets, but that suits us just fine because it stays peaceful. We’ve got some basic furniture and a couple of desks. It feels more like a workspace than a formal office. We just do what needs doing every day. If you’re coming from the college side, it’s just a short walk. We don't have big signs out front or anything. Just a small place in a good neighborhood where we can focus on our work without a lot of distractions. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors, but we just sort it out. It’s a simple way of running things and we like it here.
