If you come down to the Motor Market in Manimajra, you’ll find us on the ground floor at SCO No. 1011. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a pharma company because we’re surrounded by mechanics and spare parts shops. There’s always the sound of someone revving an engine or hammering on a chassis outside. Inside, though, it’s a different world. We keep it as clean as we can, given the surroundings. We handle a lot of different medications and the shelves are always full. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the week when the trucks come in to pick up supplies. I’ve spent many hours sitting at my desk near the door, watching the chaos of the market while I go through invoices. It's not the most peaceful place, but it has a lot of energy. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a small counter and some chairs for when people stop by. The tea here is actually pretty good if you know which stall to go to. Our team is small, just a handful of us making sure everything is logged and shipped out to the right clinics. It’s a practical way to work. We don't worry about the polish; we just make sure the boxes are packed and the orders are filled before we head home for the day.
