Relogistics India Pvt Ltd is based in a village called Bass, which is in the Anandapur Sahib tehsil of Ropar district. It is a very peaceful area, especially with the religious significance of the town nearby. Our office is right there in the V P O. It is a basic brick building, nothing flashy at all. We have a yard where we can park some of the vehicles, though it gets a bit muddy when it rains. Inside, it is just a few rooms with tables and chairs. We do not have a big HR department or anything like that; it is just a handful of us managing the day-to-day tasks. The work involves a lot of coordination since we are in the logistics field. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking on schedules. Because we are in a more rural part of Punjab, everyone knows everyone. It is a friendly atmosphere, and we often share meals during the day. The tea here is always strong and sweet, which helps when we have long afternoons.
