Reliance Logistics

We started out in House No.2365 in Sector 35C. It’s a nice area, but we needed more space for the actual work, so we have the spot at Plot No.152 in Industrial Area Phase-II. That's where the real moving happens. Chandigarh is a planned city, but the industrial side gets pretty busy in the mornings. We've been doing this for a while now. Some days it's just about keeping the files organized, and other days it's making sure the drivers know where they're going. It gets hot in the summers, so we try to get most of the heavy loading done early. My brother and I usually handle the paperwork while the guys are out on the floor. It's not a fancy office with big glass windows, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the routes. People know us around here because we've stayed in the same spot for years. Dealing with logistics isn't always easy, especially when the roads are blocked or there’s a delay with the permits. We just take it one day at a time. The office in Sector 35C is still there for the admin stuff. It's quieter over there. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the phone and try to help whoever walks through the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one for the local folks.
