Rehab Solutions

Rehab Solutions is located at Q-32 Gh 94 in Sector 15. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the main markets, which is nice for what we do. We set up this space to help people get back on their feet, literally. It’s not a huge medical center, just a practical place with the equipment we need. Most of our day is spent working with people on their exercises or showing them how to move better. We have a few mats, some weights, and some tables set up. It’s a very hands-on job, and we end the day pretty tired most of the time. The building itself is easy to recognize once you get into the Gh 94 block. We like being in Sector 15 because it feels more like a neighborhood. You see the same people walking their dogs or going to the local grocery. Inside, we keep things simple. There are no fancy uniforms or polished reception desks here. It’s just us and the people who need a bit of help with their recovery. Sometimes the schedule gets a bit backed up, and people have to wait a few minutes in the hallway, but nobody seems to mind much. We just take it one person at a time. It’s rewarding work, even if it’s just about small improvements every day. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay as long as we are needed in the community.
