Regpak Biopharma Consulting is based at 124 Sector 40 A. It’s a quieter spot compared to the busy market areas, which is good for the kind of work we do here. We don’t have factories or big warehouses; instead, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of thick binders full of regulations and data. We spend our time going through documents and talking to clients about how to get their products through the various approval stages. It’s a lot of reading and writing, and the office is usually pretty quiet except for the sound of someone typing or the occasional phone call. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes have our lunch if we are too busy to go out. The windows look out onto the street of Sector 40 A, and it’s mostly just cars and the occasional person walking their dog. It’s a professional environment but without the stiff suits and the corporate feel. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the details right in the reports we prepare. The bookshelves are overflowing with old manuals and new guides that we have to keep updated. It’s steady work that requires a lot of concentration, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. By the end of the day, our eyes are usually a bit tired from the screens, but we make sure the last email is sent before we turn off the lights and head out.
