Regal Gym

Regal Gym is right in the main market of Sector 46C. We are up on Level 2 of SCO-81, so you have to walk up the stairs past the other shops. It’s a lively area, especially with Gobind Sweet right there nearby. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that finding a parking spot takes a few minutes, but that’s pretty normal for Chandigarh. Once you get inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the equipment and maybe some music from a phone. We’ve got the standard stuff you’d expect in a local gym. The floor is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas, and the paint isn't perfect, but the weights are heavy and the machines work. We don't have any fancy juice bars or lounges. It’s just a place to get your work done. We see a lot of the same faces every day, mostly people who live right here in the sector. It’s nice because everyone kind of knows where everything is and puts their weights back, usually. We try to keep the windows open when the weather is okay to get some air in. It’s a simple, honest gym for the neighborhood. We are just local people running a local spot, trying to keep the doors open for anyone who wants to drop by. The stairs are steep, but it's worth it for the quiet atmosphere once you are finally inside.
