Our shop is located at 669 in Sector-20A. It’s a straightforward place, and we’ve been here for a long time. Ravi & Company isn’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we’re a local business that handles a variety of supplies and services. When you walk in, you’ll probably see a bit of a mess because we’re always in the middle of something. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have the things people need and the experience to help them out. Sector-20A is a familiar neighborhood for us, and we know many of the people who live and work around here. My days are spent checking inventory, talking to suppliers, and making sure customers get what they asked for. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more than we are. We’re just a hardworking team trying to do a good job. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to catch up on the books. It’s the kind of place where you get an honest answer and things are priced reasonably. We’ve seen the sector change over the years, but we’ve stayed right here at 669. It’s home for us. We just keep doing what we do best, day in and day out, without any unnecessary drama or complicated policies. Every day brings something a little bit different for us to handle. We stay until the last job is done.
