We are located out in Manimajra NAC, right on the Kalka Road. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of cars and trucks passing by all day long. Here at Raunaq Sales India, we deal with various supplies that local builders and homeowners need. The shop is filled with bits and pieces, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for, but we usually have it tucked away somewhere. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our customers are regulars who know we’re here and stop in while they’re driving through. It can get pretty dusty with the road being so close, so we spend a fair bit of time wiping down the shelves. We’ve got a small staff, and we all do a bit of everything, from unloading the trucks to helping with the billing. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just talk to people, figure out what they need for their projects, and get it for them. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s quiet and watch the traffic go by. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use big words or try to act like a giant company. We’re just a local shop on a busy road trying to do a decent job every day.
