This office is right here in Sector-22A at House Number 208. It's a familiar spot for anyone who lives in this part of town. I've been doing this for a good while now, mostly focusing on residential projects. If you need a plan for a kitchen extension or maybe a whole new floor, that's the kind of stuff I spend my days on. It’s not a big corporate firm with a glass front. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it’s quiet, other times there are contractors coming in and out asking about structural details. I try to be straightforward with people. If something won't work in the space you have, I’ll tell you directly. No point in making promises that won't hold up once the bricks are being laid. Most of the time, I'm at my desk or out at a site checking on progress. It's a lot of coordination, making sure the measurements on the paper match what's happening on the ground. People usually find me through word of mouth. I don't really do much advertising. I figure if the work is decent, people will talk. Sector-22 is a nice place to work from, very central and easy for clients to drop by after work. We keep old-fashioned hours, so it's best to call before you come over to make sure I’m not at a building site somewhere else. It’s just how things go around here.
