You can find us in Sector 44 at house number 1333. It is a residential area, so it’s much quieter than being in the middle of a commercial market. Ram Parkash Malhotra is the name we go by here. The office is basically a converted part of the building, which makes it feel very personal and grounded. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people to handle our social media. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from their neighbors or friends. When you walk in, you’ll see stacks of files and probably a few half-empty tea cups because we stay pretty busy. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We just want to get the work done right. The room is usually filled with the sound of a ceiling fan and the occasional phone call. Sector 44 is a nice place to be based because it is easy to reach but doesn't have that frantic energy of the main city centers. We’ve been here for years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the changes, we’ve kept our way of doing things pretty much the same. We take our time to look through every detail. It’s not a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, but we stay consistent. If you need us, we are usually around during normal hours, just working through the pile of tasks on our desks.
