Rajasthan Antibiotics Ltd. is situated over at units 54-55 in the Industrial Area, Phase-2. It’s a pretty standard industrial setting, meaning it’s a lot of concrete, big gates, and people moving around in uniforms. We’ve been here for a while, and the facility is set up for pure work. There aren't any lush gardens or fancy fountains at our entrance to impress visitors. Inside, it’s all about the production lines and keeping things clean and orderly, which takes up most of our energy. We have to be quite careful with how we handle things, so the atmosphere is usually pretty focused and serious during the shift. Most of us have been working at this Phase-2 location for years, so we know the rhythms of the place and even the strange noises the old pipes make. It’s a bit of a commute for some of the staff, but once we’re here, it’s all hands on deck until the job is done. The units 54-55 are large enough for what we need, but we’re always looking for ways to better organize the space to make things more efficient. You won't find any glossy brochures or sales pitches here. We are mostly technicians and floor staff making sure the output meets the standards we set for ourselves. It can be a long day, especially when we have a big run to finish before the weekend, but that’s just what we do.
