Raj Meat Shop

Raj Meat Shop is located right on the National Highway at 1519/3 in the Manimajra area. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people stopping by, from truck drivers to locals living nearby. The shop is a straightforward place where we handle meat all day long. We start very early in the morning to get everything ready before the sun gets too high. It is a lot of chopping, cleaning, and weighing. The location at 1519/3 is easy to spot if you are driving through Manimajra. It is not a big place, just a simple room with our counters and the cold storage in the back. The noise from the highway traffic is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We don't bother with fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the work at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep things cool, but that is just part of the business. We have been here for years, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well. Most of our customers are regulars who know exactly what they want when they walk in. We just wrap up the orders and keep the floor swept. It is a honest living and we stay busy from dawn until we close up the shutters at night.
