Raj Architects & Builders

We are over in Sector 47 in the Lokhandwala area of Andheri, at number 3221. Being in Andheri means it’s always busy outside. There is a lot of noise and people moving around, but inside the office of Raj Architects & Builders, we try to keep things a bit more orderly. We do both the design side and the building side of things. That means we have a lot of different types of stuff lying around. You might see architectural drawings on one table and samples of bricks or tiles on another. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a lot of time for fluff. We just want to get the projects built right. Most days involve talking to suppliers or checking on how a construction site is progressing. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We’ve been in Lokhandwala for a long time and have seen how the whole area has changed. It's a lot more crowded now. Our office is a place where we sit down with clients and try to figure out what they can afford and what will actually fit on their lot. It’s not always easy work. There are plenty of delays and issues that come up with any building project. We just deal with them as they happen and keep the work moving forward without complaining too much. It's just the nature of building things in this city.
