Project Engg In Pharma Company

Sector 26 in Panchkula is where we are based for our daily operations. Working as project engineers within a pharma company means things are a bit different than a regular engineering shop. There are a lot of strict rules to follow and everything has to be kept very clean at all times. Our daily routine at 582 Sec 26 involves a lot of checking on equipment and making sure the production lines are running exactly like they should be. In Haryana, the seasons change quite a bit, so we have to keep a close eye on how the temperature or humidity might affect the machines. It is a lot of technical work, like looking at gauges and reading through long manuals. We do not spend much time talking about how good we are; we just focus on making sure there is no downtime. If a pipe leaks or a sensor fails, that is our problem to solve immediately, no matter what time it is. It is a bit of a high-pressure environment because of all the pharmaceutical regulations, but we have gotten used to the stress over the years. The office is tucked away and is usually pretty quiet. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the engineering tasks done. There is a lot of documentation too, which is not the most fun part of the job, but it has to be done for the records. We try to be practical and solve issues as they pop up.
