Pml Realtors is situated in Sector 22-A of Chandigarh, right in the middle of the action. We are on the second floor of SCO 827-828. Being in an SCO means there is always something going on downstairs—people coming and going, shops opening up, and the usual city noise. We’ve got a decent amount of space up here, but it’s definitely not a fancy corporate headquarters. It’s a working office with plenty of paper and a couple of old computers that have seen better days. We spend our time helping folks navigate the real estate market here in Chandigarh. It’s a planned city, which makes things easier in some ways and harder in others because of all the regulations. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics because that's not our style. We just show the properties, explain the costs, and let people make up their own minds. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s good exercise, I guess. We are usually here from morning until late evening, unless we are out showing a flat or a commercial space. People in the sector know us as the guys on the second floor who know the local property rates. We try to be helpful and honest about what’s available. It’s a regular job, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. That's just how we do things here.
