Planet Three Architects

We are located in Sector 27 near Worli Sea Face, at 20 A. Being close to the water is nice, though we spend most of the day inside looking at drawings. The office at Planet Three Architects stays fairly busy. There’s usually a stack of site reports on someone’s desk and a few half-empty tea cups sitting around. We do a lot of different types of design work here. It’s not just one thing. Some days are spent on the phone with contractors and other days we are just staring at the screen trying to fix a measurement that doesn’t look right. The humidity from the sea sometimes makes the paper curl a bit if we leave it out. We’ve been in this part of Worli for a bit now. It’s a good spot, even if parking can be a bit of a headache for people visiting. We try to keep things organized, but when you have so many blueprints and material samples, it gets cluttered. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We deal with the realities of building in a city like this. Space is tight and the rules are always changing. We just focus on getting the drawings done so the construction can move forward. It’s steady work and we like being in this neighborhood. We usually stay until the traffic dies down a bit before heading home. It is a good place to do architecture.
