Phoenix Impex

We operate out of No. 4105 in Sector 46- D. It is a straightforward office in a quiet part of the sector. Phoenix Impex is not a big name you see on billboards. We are just a small outfit doing import and export work. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, so it stays fairly quiet inside. Most of our business is done through the internet or over the telephone. We deal with a variety of goods, so we have to learn about different rules for different things. It can be a lot to keep track of. We don't have a marketing team to write fancy descriptions. We just do the work of moving products from one country to another. Sometimes we have to wait for days for a reply from a customs office. That is just part of the reality of this trade. We have a small area where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. The desks are covered in notebooks and pens. We like to keep things honest and direct. If a shipment is going to be late, we just say so. There is no point in making up excuses. We have been in this sector for some time and we like the routine here.
