Simartech Projects Services Ltd.

We are over in Phase II of the Industrial Area in Chandigarh. Our office is on the first floor of building number 749. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise from trucks and other businesses nearby, but that is just part of the environment. Simartech Projects Services Ltd. has been based here for some time now. The first floor isn't too high up, which is good when we have to carry gear or files up the stairs. Chandigarh is laid out so clearly, but the industrial areas always have their own unique feel compared to the residential sectors. It is a lot of concrete and metal around here. Inside, the office is pretty straightforward. We have got the desks, the computers, and the usual coffee stains on the coasters. We spend our days coordinating different projects and making sure the service side of things is moving along. It’s a lot of coordination and planning. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project deadline is coming up. We don't put on a show for anyone; we just show up and do the work. The area is very practical for what we do, and being in Phase II makes it easy for us to connect with other local businesses. It is a no-nonsense kind of place where people just want to get through their to-do lists.
