We are based at 164 in the Industrial Area. Bnal Prefabs Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a while, and we mostly focus on putting things together. The yard is usually full of materials and different parts waiting to be moved out. It’s a loud place most days, with the sound of metal and people shouting to be heard over the noise. We don’t have a fancy office building, just a small unit where we handle the paperwork and meet with people who come by to check on their projects. Working in prefabs means we deal with a lot of heavy lifting and careful planning. We aren't much for big speeches or polished presentations. We usually just show people what we are working on and let the work speak for itself. The industrial area is a bit grimy and tough, but it's where we feel at home. Most of our staff have been with us for years and they know exactly what needs to be done without being told every five minutes. We get a lot of dust on our shoes and our hands are rarely clean, but that is just the nature of the business. We focus on making sure the structures are solid and that they get delivered where they need to go. It’s basic, hard work. There is always something to weld or a truck to load before the sun goes down.
