Nectar Lifesciences Limited

Our place is at Plot No. 110 in the Industrial Area Phase 1. Working at Nectar Lifesciences means we spend a lot of our time in a very controlled environment. It’s not like a regular office because we have to be careful about everything being clean and following all the rules for the labs. The Industrial Area is usually crowded with cars and commuters in the morning, so getting to the plot can be a bit of a hassle if you’re late. Once you’re inside, though, it’s mostly quiet except for the hum of the air conditioning. We have people here who are really good at science stuff, but we also have people who handle the boxes and the paperwork. It takes everyone to keep the place running. We don’t really do a lot of talking about visions or missions here; we just focus on the chemicals and the products we are supposed to be making that day. Sometimes the days feel long when you are looking through a microscope or typing data into a computer for hours. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather is nice just to get some fresh air away from the lab smells. It’s a serious job, but we are just regular folks doing our best in Phase 1. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and most of us know the security guards at the gate by name. It is just a job like any other.
