We are located on the ground floor of an SCO building in Zirakpur. Having a ground-floor spot is a big plus for us at Pharos Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. because we do not have to worry about stairs or elevators when shipments come in. Zirakpur is a place that is always growing, so there is usually some kind of roadwork or construction happening nearby. It can get a bit dusty, but that is just part of the local environment. Our office is not very big. We have set it up to be as efficient as possible with shelves lining the walls and a couple of desks in the center. We do not have a fancy reception area or a waiting room with magazines. If someone drops by, they just pull up a spare chair and sit with us. We handle a variety of healthcare products and spend a lot of our time on the phone or working on the computer. Most of us live within a short drive, so we know the local shortcuts to avoid the heavy traffic on the main highway. The neighbors in the adjoining units are friendly, and we often help each other out if someone needs a hand with a heavy load. It is a very down-to-earth way of doing business. We do not make big promises; we just handle the daily requirements of the trade and make sure the paperwork is in order before we close up for the night.
