Peral Build Well Infrastucture Ltd. New Delhi

Even though our main name is Peral Build Well Infrastructure Ltd. New Delhi, we are currently working out of our camp office. You can find us at V.P.O. Auki Kalan, where the C&C Constructions Ltd. camp is set up. This is in the Noordi District. Being at a camp office means things are very different from a city office. It is a very rough-and-ready environment because we are right where the construction is happening. There is always a lot of dust in the air and the sound of heavy machinery in the distance. Our office is basically a few temporary structures where we keep our maps, site logs, and safety gear. We spend our days coordinating with the workers and making sure the infrastructure projects are moving forward as they should. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie. We are usually in sturdy boots and practical clothes. The weather out here can be quite harsh, and the roads aren't always the best, but that is part of the job. We share the space with other construction teams, so there is always someone coming in or going out with a new update from the site. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing brochures here. Our focus is entirely on the steel, concrete, and earthwork we are managing. It is a tough but honest way to work. We just stay here until the project is finished and then move on to the next one.
