You can find us at 1366, Sector 33D in Chandigarh. Being in a planned city like this is nice because the sectors are easy to navigate, though the trees sometimes hide the house numbers. We operate out of this space as part of the Agro Dutch Group. The office feels more like a house than a workplace, which is common in this sector. We have a few rooms set up with desks and some old filing cabinets that have been here since we started. There is a small garden area out front that someone tries to keep tidy, though the summer heat makes it hard. We spend our time dealing with home-related business and property matters. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at maps or floor plans. We don’t have a fancy dress code, so you’ll usually find us in simple shirts and trousers. Lunchtime is when everyone gathers in the small kitchen area to share whatever they brought from home. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team trying to keep everything organized. Chandigarh is a calm place to work, and our office reflects that. We just do our work, talk to the people who come by, and try to make sure everything with the houses is handled properly. It’s a steady routine and we’ve gotten quite used to the rhythm of life in Sector 33. We have no plans to move elsewhere.
