Pearls Infrastructure Projects Ltd.

Our office is Flat No 318, GH-110, in Sector-20 of Panchkula, Haryana. It is a bit unusual to be in a residential flat, but it actually suits Pearls Infrastructure Projects Ltd. quite well. It keeps things quiet so we can focus on the project details without all the noise of a commercial district. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the layout of Sector-20. It is easy to get to and there is plenty of space for us to keep our equipment and files. We handle infrastructure projects, which means we spend a lot of time on site, but this flat is where the real planning happens. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or a lobby with a security guard. It’s just us and our computers. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, but that’s just life. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people who know how to manage a project from start to finish. We don't use any fancy management speak. We just look at what needs doing and we find a way to do it. It’s a lot of tracking costs and making sure the timelines don't slip too much. We like the local vibe of Panchkula and it’s a good home for our little office.
