Pearl Buildwell Infrastructure Ltd. Mohali

We are based out of Chandigarh, even though the name mentions Mohali. It’s all part of the same general area anyway, right on the border of the Union Territory and Punjab. We do a lot of infrastructure work, which means we are usually out on construction sites or dealing with planners. Our office is more of a hub where we meet up to discuss the next steps for whatever building project we have going on. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There’s usually some dust on the boots and a lot of maps spread out over the tables. We’ve been involved in the local building scene for a while now. Some days we are stuck in traffic moving between sites, and other days we are tied to our desks doing the numbers. It’s a lot of coordination between the workers, the suppliers, and the guys who sign off on the permits. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they stay standing. Chandigarh is a planned city, so there are a lot of rules to follow, which keeps us on our toes. We just take it one day at a time and try to get the projects finished without too many headaches. The city has grown a lot since we started, and there is always something new happening just around the corner. We keep ourselves busy.
