Patel Integrated Logistics Limited is located right opposite Aggarwal Bhavan in Sector-16. It is a well-known spot in Panchkula, so finding House No. 592 isn't too hard for most people. The office is basically a few rooms where we handle all the logistics stuff. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise building. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a part of the community. Dealing with logistics means a lot of coordination between the drivers and the warehouses. There is always someone coming or going. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours. We handle everything from small consignments to larger shipments that need a lot of planning. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been around for a while. We know the routes around Haryana and the neighboring states pretty well by now. There’s no secret to how we work; we just keep track of the manifests and make sure the trucks are maintained. Occasionally, there are delays at the border or because of weather, and then we have to spend the whole day explaining things to customers. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of writing things down in ledgers. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just focus on the task at hand. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
