Parmeet Singh Bhatt Architect

My office is located right on the P.E.C. Campus in Sector-12, at H.No.5025. Being near the campus gives the place a specific kind of energy. I’ve been working as an architect for quite a while now, mostly focusing on local projects. My day-to-day usually involves a lot of drafting and checking over structural details. It’s not the kind of job where you can just rush through things. I spend a lot of time talking to masons and carpenters to make sure they understand the plans. Sometimes things go wrong on a site, and I have to go out and figure out a fix right then and there. That’s the reality of building stuff. I don't have a marketing department or a shiny website. People usually find me through word of mouth or by just walking past the office in Sector-12. My workspace is pretty cluttered with samples of tiles, bricks, and old blueprints. It’s a working office, not a gallery. I handle everything from small home extensions to larger layout plans. I try to be honest about costs and how long things will actually take, because construction always takes longer than you hope. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it's stressful, but seeing a building finally finished is a good feeling.
