Our office is over at SCF 600, taking up the first and second floors. We are right in the middle of the Motor Market. It’s a loud place with all the mechanics and spare parts shops around us. We deal with healthcare supplies, so our space is a bit of a contrast to the grease and metal downstairs. We have boxes stacked up in the corners and files piled on the desks. The stairs are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. Usually, there’s a lot of activity with people coming in to talk about orders or deliveries. We don't have a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and someone will help you. The second floor is where we keep more of the records and some extra stock. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time checking expiration dates and shipping labels. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important. We like the energy of the Motor Market. There is always something happening outside the window. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. There’s a tea stall just down the road that we visit often. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized amidst all the boxes and files.
