Organization

We are based in Saini Vihar, Phase-1, over in Baltana. Our address is 279, and it is a place we have called home for quite a while now. It is a bit of a residential area, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We do general organizational work, which means our days are filled with a variety of different tasks. One day we might be sorting through paperwork and the next we are helping a local contact with a project. We do not have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. If the floor needs sweeping or the bins need emptying, we just do it ourselves. The office is just a simple room with some desks and chairs we have had for years. We like it that way because it feels comfortable. We know the neighbors and we often stop to chat when we are heading out for lunch. We do not have any big polished presentations or mission statements. That is just not our style. We prefer to just talk to people normally and get things done without making a fuss. Being in Punjab has its own rhythm and we have settled into it well. We just try to be helpful and stay on top of our daily chores so nothing gets left behind. It is honest work.
