Omaxe City

Our office is tucked away on the first floor over at 143/144 in Sector 8, right on Harni Road. We spend our days talking about houses, land, and where people are going to live next. It is mostly a lot of maps spread out on big tables and people coming in to look at blueprints. The office is usually pretty bright because of the big windows facing the road, but it can get noisy with the traffic outside. We have a small crew here who knows the local area inside and out. We aren't really salespeople in suits; we just know the neighborhoods and what’s being built. There’s always a pot of coffee going in the back because we stay late most nights talking to families. The walls have pictures of different buildings we’ve worked on over the years. Some of the chairs are a bit old and they creak when you sit down, but they are comfortable enough. We keep things pretty casual around here. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites to see how the construction is moving along, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on permits and paperwork. We just try to make sure everything is moving forward like it’s supposed to for the people waiting on their new homes. There is usually a stack of newspapers on the table and some old files sitting around the edges.
