Novacil Agri Private Limited

You will find Novacil Agri Private Limited up on the second floor of SCO 36 in Sector 31D. It is one of those typical office buildings where you have to climb a few flights of stairs because the lift is slow. We have been here for some time now. The office is basically just one big room with some partitions we put up ourselves last year. It is not the most modern place in the world, but it keeps the rain off our heads. We focus on the agricultural side of things, mostly coordinating with people who are actually out in the field. The walls are a bit thin, so we can hear the music from the shop downstairs sometimes. It gets a bit cold in the winter months, so we usually keep a small heater under the desk. We do not have any big mission statements or posters on the walls. Mostly it is just some calendars and some old notes taped up. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and making sure all the numbers add up. It can be a bit boring some days, but we keep at it. Sometimes we go downstairs for tea and snacks during the afternoon break. It is a tight-knit group here. We do not really go in for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just do whatever needs to be done that day. It is a straightforward setup. We like the location because it is easy for everyone to get to. Just a normal office in a normal building.
