You can find us at House Number 2022/3 in Sector 45-C. Chandigarh is a very organized city, and we try to keep our operations here just as neat, though it doesn't always stay that way when things get busy. This location serves as our local base for handling tile orders and customer queries. The streets here are quiet compared to other cities, which we appreciate. We spend our days going through order forms and talking to the people who are putting the tiles into new homes or offices. It's a lot of coordination. We have to make sure the colors match what the customer saw and that the boxes arrive without any breakage. Sometimes we have to deal with delays, and that’s when the phones really start ringing. We just take it one step at a time. The office is simple, just some desks, a few chairs, and many stacks of tile catalogs. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people find us because they know the address or were sent our way by someone else. It's a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the computer records. We like the neighborhood and the people we deal with. It’s a good place to work, and we just keep our heads down and do the job at Nitco Tiles Ltd. for all our local customers.
