We are based in Chandigarh, operating out of House No-3201 in Sector-40/D. Our work involves colonizing and land development. Basically, we look for land and help turn it into places where people can eventually build their homes or businesses. Chandigarh is a very organized city, so we have to be quite careful about following all the local planning rules. Our office is just a regular building in the sector where we keep all our maps and land records. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big sales floor with lots of people in ties. Usually, it is just us talking to folks who are interested in buying a plot. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and checking the progress of basic infrastructure like roads or water lines. It’s not a fast business. There is a lot of paperwork and waiting for different government departments to give the green light. We try to be as straightforward as we can with people about how long things will take. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream; we just show them the land and tell them the facts. It is a slow process, but we’ve been doing it this way for a while now and it seems to work for the local community here. We just keep our heads down and handle the plot work as it comes.
