Negi Property Consultant & Architects. Located at Industrial Area Phase I. It's dusty out here sometimes. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks about property values. The office is in Sco 64 on the 5th Main Road. It’s a busy spot in the 1st Layout of Chdehy. Most mornings start with strong tea and a look at the latest drawings. We’ve been here for a while now. People come in asking about land or building houses. It’s not fancy. Just a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paper. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just talk instead. Architecture is a lot of measuring and remeasuring. We deal with the technical stuff so the owners don't have to worry about the codes. The Industrial Area is loud, but you get used to the noise of trucks and machines after a few weeks. We know the neighbors pretty well. If you walk down 5th Main Road, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a practical workspace. We aren't big on decorations or anything. Just work. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. Sometimes it’s a big project, other times just a small renovation. We just take it as it comes. It's a living. We like seeing things actually get built after all the time spent on the computer.
