Neetu Architect

We’ve been at House No. 915 in Sector 7B for a while now. Neetu Architect is basically just us working from this spot. Most days are spent looking at drawings or talking to people about their building ideas. It isn't some big fancy office with a lobby. It’s a home. We have a lot of papers scattered around the desk. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to ask a quick question about a wall or a roof. Sector 7B is a quiet area, which helps when you need to focus on a floor plan for a few hours. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It's just a small setup. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them we’re over here. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a plan drawn up, we sit down and get to it. There’s no big corporate strategy or anything. Just work. The house number is easy to spot if you’re driving down the lane. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Some days are busier than others. We might be out on a site or just sitting here with a cup of tea figuring out a tricky corner of a room layout. It's a decent way to spend the day. We don't really do much advertising. Most of what we do comes from just being here in the sector for so long. It feels right to keep it local and not get too big.
