We've been at House No. 3071 in Sector 44-D for quite a while now. Most people around Chandigarh know this spot. It’s a busy area and we’ve got our office right here in the mix of things. We deal with tools and different products that people need for their workshops or home projects. It started small. We just wanted to have a place where folks could come and get what they needed without a lot of fuss. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other days it’s just walk-ins looking for a specific part. We try to keep things organized but you know how it is when you’re dealing with hardware and metal stuff. There’s always dust on the shelves and boxes stacked in corners. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working at our desks and making sure the orders go out to where they’re supposed to go. People ask if we’re a big company since the name sounds like it, but we’re just a regular private limited setup here in the sector. It gets hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going. If you come by, you’ll probably see us sorting through inventory or talking to a delivery guy near the door. It’s a simple operation really. We just focus on the tools and making sure the stock is actually there when someone calls.
