M/S S.P.Singla C Onstructions Pvt.Ltd. is in Panchkula, which is much more organized than other places. We are in Sector-20, which is a nice residential area. H.No. 202, G.H. 68 is where we are located. It is a flat that we have turned into our workspace. The neighborhood is quiet, with parks and wide roads nearby. It is a good place to work because you do not have the constant noise of a commercial hub. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. The balcony has a few chairs where we sit for five minutes to get some air in the afternoon. Haryana gets very hot, but the building stays fairly cool. Most of our work involves coordinating between different sites and the main office. We have a big whiteboard where we scribble notes and deadlines. It is a relaxed environment, but we stay busy. We do not have a big sign outside, just the house number. The neighbors are used to us by now and they are friendly. We usually start early to beat the heat and finish up by early evening. It is a clean and tidy space, very different from a dusty field office. We handle the documents, the payroll, and the phone calls from here. It is just a regular apartment turned into a busy little center for the company's construction work. It fits the way we like to do things without any unnecessary fuss or noise.
