M/S. Sood Goods Transport Co.(Regd) is located at 80-Wadhawa Nagar in the village of Dakholi, which is just behind the Hotel Dolphin in Zirkpur. If you are driving through the Mohali district, you’ve probably passed by this area many times. We are primarily a transport company, so our lives revolve around trucks and the highway. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical space near where the vehicles park. There is always a bit of dust because of the heavy traffic on the nearby roads, but that’s just part of the transport business. We’ve been operating out of Zirkpur for a long time and we know the routes around Punjab and Haryana like the back of our hands. We don't have a marketing department or any fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a family-run kind of vibe where everyone knows everyone’s business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers, checking where they are and if the loads are secure. It can be a bit chaotic when multiple trucks are arriving at once, but we have a system that works for us. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just move goods from one place to another and make sure the drivers are okay. It's honest work and we're proud of it. We take our time to listen to the road stories and keep things moving.
