Our small office is located in Sector 41-D here in Chandigarh. It’s at House Number 3033. It’s a typical residential-style building, which makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than being in one of those crowded business parks or high-rises. We handle a lot of the local business for construction chemicals and industrial sealants. If you’ve ever seen a big bridge or a basement being waterproofed in the city, that’s the kind of stuff we are involved with. We don’t manufacture anything at this address; it’s mostly for the sales and coordination side of things. There’s usually a few samples of adhesives or concrete additives sitting around on the shelves for people to look at. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with contractors or visiting sites around Punjab and Haryana to see how the application is going. The city is laid out so nicely that getting around isn't too bad, though Sector 41 can get a bit congested during the morning rush. We aren’t a huge team here. We just know our products and try to help people figure out what they need for their buildings. It’s a lot of technical talk about curing times and bonding strength. We have our coffee, check our emails, and head out to see the progress on various sites. It’s a steady kind of life. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We just try to be useful and keep the construction projects moving.
