You can find us at Kothi Number 28 in Sector 18-A of Chandigarh. That’s where we run Nirman Insulators & Furnishers. Chandigarh is a very organized place, and our sector is quite central, so it’s easy for people to drop by. We’ve been here for quite some time now, working out of this kothi. It isn't a modern office building; it’s more like a regular house that we’ve filled with insulation samples, furniture catalogs, and all our tools. We handle a lot of furnishing work for the homes nearby and also do some industrial insulation jobs when they come up. It’s a small, family-style business. We don’t have any marketing experts or glossy advertisements. Most of the people who call us do so because they saw our work at a friend’s house or heard about us from someone in the neighborhood. We just try to give a fair price and do the job without making a big deal out of it. Sector 18-A is a pleasant place to work, with lots of trees and wide streets. We usually have some tea, look over the daily tasks, and then head out to the sites. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We’re just regular folks who know a thing or two about keeping a house warm and looking good.
