Sunil Garg, who is Ramesh Kumar’s son, handles the business for M/S Gee City Builders Pvt. Ltd. We are originally based out of Ward Number 8 in the Main Bazar of Kalayat, which is in the Kaithal district. However, a lot of the work happens from our temporary spot at 1144 in Sector-19, Panchkula. Being builders means we are always moving around between these locations and the various sites where we have projects going on. The office in Kalayat is right in the heart of the market, so it’s always lively and full of people walking by. Panchkula is a bit more structured, but the work remains the same—dealing with bricks, cement, and the local laborers. We don’t have a fancy marketing team; we just rely on the buildings we finish to show what we can do. It’s a lot of manual work and managing schedules with the suppliers. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just part of being in the construction business in Haryana. We take things as they come and try to be honest with everyone we work with. It's a family-run feel even if we have the private limited name. We’re just local people building things for other local people, trying to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. It keeps us busy from dawn till dusk most weeks.
