We are located in the B-Wing of Vishwa-Dham Apartments, right on Navghar Road in Bhayander East. It is a busy area of Thane, and there is always something going on outside the window. The office is basically an apartment that we have converted into a workspace. It’s got that lived-in feel, with files stacked on the shelves and a small kitchen where we make coffee. The name Mp Leo Kivisalo Oy sounds a bit different because of its origins, but here in Bhayander, we are just regular people doing our daily jobs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away on our laptops. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It is a tight-knit group here. We know the security guard and the other people living in the building quite well. The noise from the street can be a bit much during peak hours, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist; you just ring the bell and someone comes to the door. Most of our work is handled digitally anyway, so the physical space is just where we gather to get things organized. It is a practical setup for us, being close to the station and easy to reach for anyone in the Thane area who knows the landmark.
