Motia Constructions Ltd.

We've been operating out of house number 478 in Pipli Wala Town for a good while now. It's right here in the Manimajra area of Chandigarh. People around here usually know where we are because we’ve stayed in the same spot. Dealing with building stuff and construction projects is what we do every single day. It gets quite dusty and loud sometimes, but that is just the nature of the work we chose. My uncle actually started this thing and now a few of us keep the office running as best as we can. We don't have a big fancy glass building or any of that modern stuff. It is just a practical space in the middle of the neighborhood. We handle various projects, mostly local ones that happen to come our way. Sometimes things get really busy and the phone doesn't stop ringing for hours. Other days are a lot quieter and we can catch up on paperwork. We just try to get the jobs done properly without making a big fuss about anything. We see the same neighbors every morning when we open up the gate to start the day. It's a decent place to work from. There is almost always a pot of tea being made in the back room. We just focus on the plans and the materials needed for whatever site we are working on that week. It's hard work, but it's what we know how to do.
