Monika Syal Architect is located at 3465/1 in Sector 37-D. It is a straightforward setup where the main goal is just to produce good, workable drawings. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with enough light and space for the drafting tables. We spend a lot of our time going through the tiny details that most people wouldn't even notice until they started living in a building. There is a lot of back-and-forth with the local departments to make sure everything is legal and safe. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s mostly about making sure the walls are in the right place and the plumbing makes sense. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty quiet, unless we have a contractor over to discuss a problem on a site. We've been in Sector 37-D for a good while now, and we’re used to the way things work around here. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we’re here and seeing the stuff we’ve done before. It’s a slow and steady way to run a business, but it feels right to us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project until it’s finished and the client is satisfied with the results. That is basically how we have always done things.
