Modern Agencies is based at Sco-107 in Sector 35. It’s actually listed near Sector 5 and Swastik Vihar in the MDC Panchkula area. The address can sound a bit confusing if you aren't from around here, but once you find Sco-107, it's pretty straightforward. We have a modest setup. It is the kind of place where you know everyone’s name and whose turn it is to bring in snacks. Panchkula has its own pace, a bit slower than the big cities, which we like. The office has a lot of shelves filled with files that we really should sort through one day. There is a window that looks out towards the street, and we watch the weather change or the traffic build up in the afternoons. We don't do much in the way of decorating. There are a few plants that someone remembers to water every now and then. It’s a practical space. We sit here, handle the orders, talk to the suppliers, and manage the day-to-day stuff. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. It’s not a high-tech lounge; it’s just where Modern Agencies operates from. We’ve got our desks, our phones, and a steady rhythm to the week. It’s a local business through and through, tucked away in the Swastik Vihar neighborhood.
